Winter is a perfect time to cozy up to a good mystery, page through new knitting and quilting patterns, check out the latest books in home renovation, bake a batch of cookies from a great cookbook or forge through that huge historical novel that the critics are raving about. So read a book - any book – and share your thoughts about it with others. When you tell us about it, you become eligible to win a great prize. It’s as easy as posting a short review. Did you like it? Hate it? Create something from it? If you aren’t computer savvy, ask a reference librarian for a card to fill out at the library. And, remember, if we don’t have the book you want here at VPL, we can get it for you!

The Friends of the Library have generously donated gift certificates and library bags. Each review you submit qualifies you for the prize drawing for that week. At the end of February, we’ll put all the names back in the pot and draw a Grand Prize winner! Reviews will be posted on our Readers Recommend Blog.
