Richard Ramsey, President called the special meeting of the Library Board of Trustees to order at 5:45 PM on Monday, March 31, 2008.
Attending: Richard Ramsey, President; Robert Parmenter, Treasurer; Rebecca Pahl, Rita Stein, and Gail Sacco, Clerk
Also Attending: Library staff members Suzanne Fisher, Julie Stump and Joyce Laiosa
Building Committee Members: Jim Reilly, Chair; Bryan Richmond, Georgia Grey, John Ten Eyck
Community Resident: Robert Mitchell
Architect: J. Stewart Roberts and Christian Schaller, Assistant to the Architect
Excused: Robert Kent, Vice-President
BUILDING EXPANSION:
Architect Stew Roberts presented some possible building configurations based upon the building program data which the library had developed. Those present discussed these possibilities. No conclusions were reached.
